About the Journal

All articles are inspected by the editors with the 'Turnitin' plagiarism program before the evaluation process. The article acceptance requirement is 25%. Our journal uses a double-blind peer-review system. Those found suitable for evaluation are sent to at least two referees in the relevant field. The names of the referees are kept confidential and the reports are kept for five years. If one of the referee reports is positive and the other is negative, the article can be sent to a third referee or the Editorial Board can review the referee reports and make the final decision. The authors take into account the criticism and suggestions of the referee and the Editorial Board. If there are issues that they do not agree with, they have the right to object together with their reasons. The referee list is published on the website at the end of each year.
