Abstract

Yaşam biçimlerimiz ve sosyal statülerimiz yaşamımızın birçok alanında hayatımızı etkilemektedir. Cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim, gelir vb. gibi demografik özelliklerimizin iş hayatımızı şekillendirmemize etkisi büyük olmaktadır. Demografik özelliklerimizin yanında bulunduğumuz çevre ve sosyal hayatımız, geçmişten gelen aile yapımız, değerlerimiz ve inançlarımız da aynı şekilde iş hayatımıza yön vermede bize yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışmada hayatımızın her alanında önemli olan demografik özelliklerimizin ve kültürel yapımızın girişimcilik üzerindeki etkisi incelenmektedir.
